Our co-founder, Martin, born in Germany and a first-generation American, has a long history in property management. It all started nearly a decade ago, when he was searching for a company to manage his investment property in Huntsville, Alabama. Busy with his day job as a software engineering manager, He spent Christmas 2017 in the “Rocket City,” interviewing property management companies and touring rental properties.

Over the years, he expanded his portfolio into other cities and states, working with several additional firms along the way. He grew to admire the sheer number of nuances, and the level of process discipline, required to run a property management company well.

From Tech Executive to Property Manager

In 2023, he left his full-time role as a tech executive and founded his own property management company. Then, in 2025, drawing on his experience running the world’s largest mobile device data centers at Snapchat, where he oversaw the execution of hundreds of thousands of automated test workflows per day, he set a new mission. AI First Technical Expertise

He’s joined on that mission by his co-founder, Mehmood, a real estate investor and landlord himself. The two met at Snapchat, where Mehmood led AI and Augmented Reality engineering teams and holds an automation patent focused on improving developer productivity by streamlining core engineering workflows.
